The Botsford Library’s aim is to provide great service to support people’s learning, teaching, and research goals, as well as to establish and sustain access to distinctive collections for society’s benefit. Millions of printed objects, thousands of e-journals, and excellent special collections, including rare books and manuscripts, classical papyri, maps, music, art, and printed ephemera, are held by the Libraries collectively. Our librarians are involved in state and national library organizations, and via professional organization participation, leadership, advocacy, and professional development, they promote topics that are important to the field of library and information science.
